Raising money for "Shelter"

As well as providing an answer to a BIG question, we think it would be a nice idea to try and do something to help some of the members of our city who have a tough time of things. This run is aiming to raise money for the "Shelter" homeless charity. When you enter online or by entry form, you will be given the option of making a one off donation to this worthy cause. There's no pressure to do this and if you'd like to find out more about "Shelter" before donating anything just click on the link www.shelter.org.uk.

Is your Gym represented? If not. Why not?

They say being a leader is something you are not something you can learn to be. This is your chance to prove it. They'll all be patting you on the back when you're lifting the cup. If you're struggling to get yourself into a team then why not check out our Gym v Gym facebook page you never know, a few of your mates might already be on there?
