What happens if I enter online?

When you enter online, you will be sent your number. Your name or names get added to the event database for Health & Safety reasons.

A number of us want to enter by entry form. Can I send one cheque to cover the lot?

That's absolutely fine. Please send all the entry forms together and make sure your friends pay you back!

I've now entered online but I haven't received my number.

Don't panic - you're in. It might be a computer glitch. Contact us immediately at james@inmotionsport.com

I've entered by post, I included a SAE my cheque has been cashed but I haven't received my number.

The race numbers will be sent out within a few week of receiving the postal entries. If you do not receive your email after two weeks, please contact us at james@inmotionsport.com

My friends have received their numbers but I haven't got mine.

ILL or injured?

You should not run if ill or injured for your own safety. You cannot give your race number to someone else in your place. This is for insurance reasons.

I can't take part. Can I get a refund?

Sorry but we cannot give refunds. From the moment we start to organise our Gym v Gym race we start to incur costs and your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event - barriers, toilets, numbers, pins, medals, cups, water etc.

Can someone else run instead of me?

No. They can't for health & safety and insurance reasons. We need to know exactly who you are via your race number in case of an emergency.

What to wear?

Comfortable clothing and footwear is important. If you intend to jog or run, we recommend you wear footwear design for that purpose otherwise you risk injury.
Please note - no dogs, skateboarding, rollerblading, cycling, inline skating etc, will be allowed on the course for health and safety reasons.

Don't Forget

Your number and safety pins
To eat a healthy meal and lay off the alcohol the day before!
To eat something light on the morning of the race and to drink plenty of water prior to the race
Your Team Spirit!
